Hot Stone Therapy
This treatment penetrates deep into the muscles to help alleviate pain and discomfort. The health benefits range from boosting circulation and releasing tension in sore stiff muscles to ridding the muscles of toxins. The heat from the stones acts like a natural sedative, with clients achieving a greater level of relaxation.

Facials
Sixty minutes of relaxation which includes exfoliation, massage of the neck, face and arms, deep pore cleansing and a soothing mask. Add-ons include Paraffin Facial and Glycolic Acid Treatment.

Manicures
Strong natural nails are possible with proper care and treatments. This maintenance manicure includes a cuticle soak, shape nails, pushing back cuticles, a massage of the hands, and a finishing off with a buff and polish. Add-ons include Spa or Paraffin Manicures.

Pedicures
All pedicure services include a soak in a moisturizing footbath. Gently pushing back your cuticles, your nails are shaped and buffed, followed by a massage from the tips of your toes to your knees. Add-ons include Spa or Paraffin Pedicures.

Mud or Clay Treatment
A mud body wrap containing vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes and natural antibiotics. Helpful for eczema, rheumatism, psoriasis and chronic injuries. This treatment includes a guided meditation and skin exfoliation, followed by a complete body moisturizer.

Seaweed Body Wrap
Rich in magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, zinc and manganese. This improves blood circulation by bringing more oxygen to the skin’s tissues and acts as a diuretic, helping to eliminate toxicity. This treatment includes a guided meditation, skin exfoliation and full body moisturizer.

Herbal Body Wrap
Using hot sheets soaked in detoxifying herbs and a thermal blanket, the body is wrapped. The herbs draw toxicity to the surface using natures own healing system. This treatment is used for a very deep releasing effect.

Body Polish
Rendering your rough skin soft and smooth. This gentle cleansing body treatment eliminates dead cells, superficial toxicity and impurities found on the top layers of skin.
